Tenancy by the entirety is a form of joint ownership by a married couple, recognized in some states, in which each spouse owns the whole and the survivor takes full title.
In Idaho
Idaho does not recognize tenancy by the entirety. Married couples in Idaho typically hold title as community property or as joint tenants with right of survivorship. (Flag for legal review.)
