A reconveyance is the document that releases a deed of trust and returns title to the borrower once the loan is paid in full.
In Idaho
In Idaho, when the secured debt is satisfied, the trustee — at the beneficiary's written request — reconveys the property to the grantor (Idaho Code § 45-1514).
